Our Services
We provide concrete contracting services in Davis, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and other concrete work. All projects are subject to a written estimate and contract before work begins.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date given. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, or changes to the project scope. We will inform you of any price changes before starting work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.
Project Changes
If you want to make changes to your project after work has begun, we will provide a change order with any additional costs or time adjustments. Change orders must be approved in writing before we proceed with the modifications.
Cancellations
You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. If materials have already been ordered or work has started, you may be responsible for costs already incurred. Cancellation terms will be detailed in your project contract.
Warranties
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our concrete installations. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be specified in your contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or natural settling.
Weather and Delays
Concrete work is weather dependent. We may need to reschedule or pause work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, permits, or other factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We maintain proper insurance coverage for our work.
Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Yolo County, California, in accordance with California law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
