Concrete Repair & Restoration
Fix cracks, level sunken slabs, and restore your concrete surfaces to like-new condition.

When to Repair vs Replace
Not all concrete problems require a full replacement. Small cracks, surface damage, and minor settling can often be repaired at a fraction of the cost of tearing out and replacing the entire slab. The key is catching problems early before they get worse.
We have been providing concrete repair and restoration services in Davis, CA since 2024. We evaluate your concrete and give you an honest assessment. If repair makes sense, we will fix it. If replacement is the better option, we will explain why and give you a fair quote for the work.
Common Concrete Problems We Fix
Concrete surfaces can develop issues for many reasons including soil movement, poor drainage, freeze-thaw cycles, or simply age. Here are the most common problems we repair:
- Cracks: Hairline cracks, structural cracks, or expansion joint failures
- Sunken or settled slabs: Concrete that has sunk below grade due to soil erosion
- Spalling and surface damage: Flaking, chipping, or pitting on the surface
- Uneven surfaces: Trip hazards caused by one section settling more than another
- Discoloration and staining: Oil stains, rust, or faded sealer
Each problem requires a different repair method. We use proven techniques and quality materials to restore your concrete properly.
Repair Methods We Use
We use several repair methods depending on the type and severity of the damage. For small cracks, we clean out the crack and fill it with a flexible epoxy or polyurethane sealant that prevents water intrusion and stops the crack from spreading. For larger cracks or structural issues, we may need to cut out the damaged section and patch it with new concrete.
If your concrete has sunk or settled, we can lift it back to the correct level using slab jacking techniques. This involves pumping a special grout mixture under the slab to fill voids and raise it back up. This method works great for driveways, sidewalks, and patios that have settled but are otherwise in good condition. Surface damage like spalling can be repaired with concrete resurfacing, which applies a thin layer of new material over the existing surface.
Preventing Future Problems
The best way to deal with concrete problems is to prevent them in the first place. Regular maintenance goes a long way. Seal your concrete every 2 to 3 years to protect it from moisture and stains. Keep gutters and downspouts directed away from concrete surfaces so water does not pool around the edges. Fill small cracks as soon as you notice them to prevent water from getting underneath and causing more damage.
If you are starting fresh with a new concrete surface, make sure it is installed correctly from the beginning. Proper base preparation, adequate thickness, and good drainage will prevent most common problems. We offer full installation services for new concrete as well as repairs for existing surfaces.
